Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who find long pages, small text or busy layouts hard going.
What we have done
- Short pages, plain words One idea per section, and a summary near the top of each page.
- Readable text A large base text size, high contrast, and a layout that works when zoomed to 200%.
- Light and dark The site follows your device's light or dark setting.
- Keyboard and screen readers Every link and button can be reached with a keyboard and has a visible focus outline. Pages use proper headings so screen readers can jump between sections.
- Reduced motion We respect your device's reduced motion setting.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What is not perfect yet
Some third-party tools we will use, such as the booking system and live chat, are run by other companies and may not meet every standard. We will choose accessible suppliers and tell you about anything we know does not work well.
Asking for something in another way
If you need information in a different format, such as large print, easy read or a call instead of forms, or if you need an adjustment to take part in an assessment, email [email protected] and we will do our best to help. Reasonable adjustments are part of good ADHD care, not a favour.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this website does not work for you, please email us. We will reply within five working days.
