ADHD support for employers
Practical workshops for managers, HR and teams on supporting colleagues with ADHD: what helps, simple adjustments that often cost little, and how to talk about it.
What a workshop covers
- ADHD at work How it can show up day to day: starting and finishing tasks, meetings, email, time and energy.
- Adjustments that help Written priorities after meetings, quieter space, shorter check-ins, flexible start times, and the right tools.
- Having the conversation How managers can ask what would help, without needing a diagnosis or medical details.
- Access to Work How the government grant can fund coaching and equipment, and how employers claim it back.
- Your responsibilities Reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010, and what they mean for you.
- Questions Time for your team's real situations, kept general and confidential.
Formats
- Managers and HR A 60-minute online session focused on adjustments, conversations and Access to Work.
- Whole teams A 90-minute online session on understanding ADHD and working well together.
- Follow-up A short written summary for your team, with the adjustments and resources covered.
Sessions are online and can be recorded for staff who cannot attend. Prices depend on group size, and we'll send a clear quote before anything is booked.
Coaching for your staff
Employees can have one-to-one ADHD coaching with us, with or without a diagnosis. Many use Access to Work, where the employer pays our invoice and claims the money back. About coaching
What we do not do
Workshops are education, not assessment. We do not assess or diagnose staff through their employer, and we never share anything about an individual with their employer without that person's consent.
Who runs them
Workshops are led by Umar Majid, founder of Kavana and a pharmacist with over ten years' registration. About us
