Online ADHD coaching
Practical help with the parts of life that ADHD makes hard: starting things, finishing things, routines, work, and the mental load of holding it all together.
Does this sound familiar?
- You start things with plenty of energy, then they stall halfway.
- Small admin jobs pile up until they feel impossible.
- Some days you focus for hours. Other days nothing gets going.
- New planners and apps work for a week, then get left behind.
- You're tired of being told to just try harder.
None of this is a character flaw. ADHD affects how you start, plan and switch between tasks. Coaching helps you build routines that suit you, and keep them going.
What coaching is
Structured, practical support from someone who understands ADHD. Together you build routines that suit the way you work, and keep them going once the novelty wears off. It's not therapy or medical treatment, and it does not replace advice from a clinician.

Common questions
Do I need a diagnosis?
No. Coaching is open to anyone who recognises the difficulties, diagnosed or not.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy often explores feelings and past experiences. Coaching is practical and looks forward: routines, planning and getting things done. If you're struggling with your mental health, your GP is the best first step.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what you want help with. Some people need one or two sessions for a single problem. Many find three sessions give them time to try a new routine and adjust it. You can stop or carry on whenever you like.
Can my employer pay?
Yes. We can invoice your employer directly, and many people get coaching funded through Access to Work. How Access to Work works
Is it confidential?
Yes. Coaching records are kept separately from any clinic records, and nothing is shared without your consent.
What if I cannot make a session?
You can move a session for free with at least 48 hours' notice. With less notice, the session counts as used, but we're always reasonable about genuine emergencies.
