Work with us
We're building a small online ADHD clinic, and we're looking for the clinicians who will shape it. Remote, sessional, and designed to sit alongside the work you already do.

Where we are now
Kavana is new. Our free planning app is live, coaching opens first, as soon as our first coach starts, and we apply to the Care Quality Commission in 2027. We are not seeing patients yet, so the first clinicians who join help build the pathway, templates and policies before anyone is booked. Start dates for clinical work depend on our registration, and we'll always be straight with you about timing.
Built around your time
- Alongside an NHS job Remote sessions on days that suit you. No exclusivity and no minimum beyond what we agree together.
- Admin handled We run booking, payments and reminders, collect questionnaires, rating scales and informant forms before you start, send the letters and chase shared care. Your time goes on clinical decisions.
- Time for each patient Assessments are not rushed, and nobody signs off work they were not part of.
- One system, provided Video, notes, letters and prescribing in one clinic system, set up and paid for by us.
- Support A named clinical lead, regular supervision, a monthly governance meeting and clear escalation routes.
- A real say Early clinicians shape how the clinic works, from the assessment template to the audit plan.
Who you would work with
Kavana was set up by Umar Majid, a pharmacist registered for over ten years who runs the clinic day to day as registered manager, working with Dr Hena Mahmood, a GP. Meet the team.
