About the role
Coaching is Kavana's first service, opening as soon as our first coach starts. We're looking for accredited ADHD coaches to run one-to-one sessions by video, focused on practical structure: planning, starting, routines, work and keeping it going.
What you'll need to be successful
- An ADHD coaching qualification from a recognised provider, and professional liability cover.
- Experience coaching adults with ADHD one-to-one.
- A clear understanding of where coaching ends and clinical care begins.

How we recruit
